2. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of our products (underwear), we operate a strict no-return policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where an issue has been verified and approved by our team.

All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or credits are made at our sole discretion.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear products once opened

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Items showing any signs of use

We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet these conditions.


4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may be rejected.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

If the issue is verified, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Offer a replacement product

  • Offer a store credit

  • Offer a partial refund

  • Offer a full refund (in exceptional cases only)

We are not obligated to provide a full refund.


5. WRONG SIZE / CHANGE OF MIND

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

We provide sizing guidelines for reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • We do not accept returns due to incorrect size selection

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

  • We do not offer exchanges for personal preference


6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders are automatically processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.


7. SHIPPING POLICY DISCLAIMER

Estimated delivery times are approximately 7–25 business days, depending on the destination.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Logistics issues

  • High demand periods

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.


8. DELIVERED PACKAGES

If the tracking information shows that the package has been successfully delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve such issues.


9. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only when approved by our team.

Where applicable:

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit

  • Partial refunds may be granted when appropriate

  • Full refunds are issued only in exceptional cases

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to determine the type of refund issued.


10. STORE CREDIT

Store credit may be offered as an alternative resolution.

By accepting store credit, the customer agrees that:

  • It is non-transferable

  • It may have an expiration period

  • It cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
