📄 SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand.


2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Europe (including Italy): 7–25 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–25 business days

  • International (including Mexico): 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes only, and delivery times may vary.


3. SHIPPING ORIGIN

Orders may be shipped from international warehouses, including China and other fulfillment centers.

By placing an order, you agree that shipping may be handled from different locations depending on availability.


4. SHIPPING DELAYS

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.


5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update in the system.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Depending on your country, additional charges such as customs duties or taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • We are not obligated to resend the order


8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect address

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve such issues.


9. FAILED DELIVERY

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed packages

We may, at our sole discretion:

  • Offer reshipment at the customer's expense

  • Offer partial store credit

We are not obligated to issue a refund.


10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

This may result in items arriving at different times.


11. ORDER CHANGES

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes.
